A main line backup affecting all three units in the building was successfully cleared after safeguarding the work area with protective drop sheets. To access the main drain system, the toilet was temporarily removed, and a heavy-duty drain auger was run forty-five feet through the line to break up and clear the severe blockage. A post-clearing video camera inspection was conducted, confirming that the main line is entirely open, undamaged, and draining freely across all units. The toilet was securely reinstalled, tested for leaks, and a thorough workspace cleanup was completed.
Issue with the toilet. Diagnosed the issue with toilet. Found out the branch line was clogged. Used K-60 machine to snake and clear the blockage. There was no flange on the toilet need to install flange as soon as possible. Also founds, tissue paper in the line while doing snaking. Service

The drain clogged due to a thick buildup of lint, fabric fibers, detergent residue, soap scum, and grease that accumulates in the P-trap or drain lines(the laundry sink connected to kitchen drain coming from upstairs).
