I called Everest Plumbing the day after a crazy storm because my sump pump stopped working. Nimesh came the same day and replaced my sump pump quickly and efficiently. Afterward he was very responsive by text and phone when I had concerns because the pump was running constantly. He even came back on a Saturday morning (his day off) to re-examine it. By that time it was functioning perfectly because he was right - it had been running because of the high water table. Excellent service and follow up!

I had a huge problem with a backup sewer back on March 2026. I called a major Canadian plumbing company who came over chaged me $360 to put a camera in the pipe. The guy the whole time criticized the drainage system. He suggested that I break the whole basement and replaced the sewer line. He pushed for me to sign a contract that would cost twenty thousand. I didn't feel comfortable with his attitude. I had never had problems for 15 years. I began to look for another company, then I new it would cost me more money to put the camera again. So I called back the company to file a complaint. The secretary told me she would send the supervisor over, which she did. He was very nice, put the camera again and told me the problem was outside the house. He told me the pipe was broken and uneven, which was causing the problem. I couldn't understand how a PVC pipe could have been broken since it was done around 2010 and 2015. Since the backup was smelling really bad in the house I agreed to pay for their service. What he didn't tell me that the problem was on the city side of the property. They were dishonest and took advantage of my situation to charge me a lot of money and didn't solve the problem. 4 months later, I had the same problem. I called back the supervisor who told me he was busy and would return the call later and never did. The is when I called Everest Drain &Plumbing company. Suraj came over, put the camera in the sewer he showed me the same broken pipe the other company had showed me. He then told me the problem was on the city side and I should contact the city. I called the city right away while he was still here. He helped me by speaking with the city and explained the situation which was urgent. Suraj was extremely helpful, honest and cordial. I am so grateful for his service and honesty. Should I have any plumbing issues I will definitely call Everest Drain & Plumbing company again. Thank you Suraj.

I had very odd situation I thought I lost a very sentimental piece of jewellery down the toilet and the two gentlemen who came to help Kranti and Rajiv were so helpful they worked so hard and for so long using a camera trying to locate it. Big thanks to Mr. Nimesh. He really saved me and my home from almost flooding the basement. Nimesh was quick to snake the blocked drain, and later, with his camera inspection, he found that the blockage was caused by roots. He snaked and cleared out the roots.
