Laundry faucet needs to be replaced. Bathroom sink double handle not working. Removed the existing laundry faucet and installed new one. Add 21/2" ball valves for the kaundry. Inspected, the bathroom sink faucet not working due to cartridge issue. Removed the old cartridges, both cold and hot sides, and installed new ones. Add 2ball valve under the bathroom sink. 1x Supplied laundry faucet. 4x 1/2" ball valves 6" of 1/2" Copper pipe 2 x bathroom sink faucet cartridges supplied by the customer. Service

Main shut off Valve needs needs to be replaced, not closing properly. Dishwasher shut off valve to be replaced as well. Removed the old main shut off valve and installed new one. Toilet clogged. Second toilet fill valve needs to be replaced. Unclogged the toilet. Clogged because of paper stack inside. Unclogged it using toilet auger. Removed the second toilet fill valve and installed new one. 1 x supplied toilet fill valve Service

The Laundry machine Hose leaking. Inspected, tge laundry machine Hose leaking due to rubber gasket failure. Removed the damaged gasket and put new one. Tested, everything looking good, no leak. 1 x 3/4" rubber gasket. Service

Leak in the ceilling caused by burst pipe. Inspected, 90 elbow badly leaking in the garage ceilling. Removed the old 90 elbow and installed NB ew one using Copper pioe and coupling. 2x 1/2" Copper 90 elbiw 1 x, 1/2" Copper coupling. 2ft of 1/2" Copper pioe. Service
Shower cartridge not working. Insoected the shower cartridge bad, not working properly. Took out the old one and replaced it with new one. The cartridge suoplied by the customer. Cartridge Replacements

Bathroom sink faucet and shower badly leaking. Inspected, the shower and bathroom sink faucet leaking.A badly leaking shower faucet is typically caused by a worn-out cartridge. The fix involves shutting off the main water supply, removing the handle and trim, and replacing the faulty cartridge . The bathroom faucet is old, and needs to be replaced. Disconnected the old faucet and installed new one. 1 x supplied moen shower cartridge. 1x supplied single handle gor bathroom sink. Issue with shower and drain

Laundry sink clogged in the basement. Inspected, the laundry sink cligged. Opened the clean out and snaked the drain up to 30 feet using k60 machine. The drain clogged due to a thick buildup of lint, fabric fibers, detergent residue, soap scum, and grease that accumulates in the P-trap or drain lines(the laundry sink connected to kitchen drain coming from upstairs).
